Preview Results
Go to Mailings->Preview Results.
This group lets you see how the merge will look when it is finished. You can browse through the results with the
record selectors. The record selectors are the arrows going left and
right.
Made You Look: When you click on Preview Results, you will see
the Mail Merge with your recipient's name and address as it should
look when you print these envelopes.
When you click off the Preview Results,
you will see the Mail Merge Field. In this example, it is the <<AddressBlock>>.
